Vier Jahre sind ins Land gezogen, seitdem die Schweden-Legende ENTOMBED ihr letztes Studioalbum "Inferno" veröffentlichte. Klang man unter anderem auf dem Vorgängeralbum deutlich Rock'n'Roll-beeinflusster als auf älteren Veröffentlichungen, so geht "Serpent Saints" wieder eindeutig back to the roots.

Things are off to a good start. Entombed somehow managed to retain their death metal sound and at the same time incorporate a raw Venom/ Motorhead feel to their albums.
